1. Transport and storage
It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place between 5°C and 35°C. When the temperature exceeds 35°C, the storage period of water paint will be shortened; Avoid direct sunlight or long-term high temperature environment. The storage period of unopened water paint is 12 months. It is best to use it up at one time;
2. Painting skills
Different from paint, water paint has a relatively high solid content and low brushing viscosity, so as long as a thin layer is applied, the paint film will have a certain thickness. Therefore, during construction, we must pay attention to thin brushing and thin coating. If the brush is thick, it is easy to sag, and the temperature is high, and the paint film dries too fast, which may cause the paint film to shrink violently and crack;
3. Conservation
During the period before the coating is completely dry, the coating film needs to be well maintained to avoid mechanical damage such as heavy pressure and scratching; During the entire construction process, each process should not be soaked in water within 8 hours after construction, the site needs to be maintained for at least 1 day before it can be put into use; So check the local weather forecast before construction, and make a complete construction plan;
4. Construction humidity effect
In addition to high temperature in summer, there is also high humidity. Humidity conditions are equally important for coating construction. Under normal circumstances, the higher the temperature, the lower the viscosity, the lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity, and the high humidity coating is prone to white fog. Because its cross-linking curing is affected by air humidity and temperature, it needs to be constructed when the ground temperature is between 10 °C and 35 °C and the air humidity is less than 80% to ensure the quality.
